Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every lamp we sell is stocked in a United States warehouse. We do not ship from overseas, which is why orders arrive in days rather than weeks.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipping, depending on where you are. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes for larger floor lamps, as carriers will not deliver oversized parcels to them.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed automatically when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email [YOUR EMAIL] and we will look into it.

If your order does not arrive

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us. If it is genuinely lost we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged parcels

Inspect your lamp on arrival. If the packaging or item is damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours. See our refund policy for what happens next.
